Rechargeable LED Hurricane Lantern – Guaranteed Light

A hurricane lantern is an indispensable helper during power outages, for lighting your tent on a forest hike, as mood lighting at a picnic, or even for chopping wood in the shed.

The rubber housing around the lantern protects the mechanism from potential damage. A charged battery provides up to 3.5 hours of light. The rechargeable LED hurricane lantern is equipped with 3 panels, each featuring 12 LED diodes. This allows for 360° illumination. The device has two light modes – 100% or 50% brightness. The lantern has a comfortable handle for carrying and, for example, attaching to a tent ceiling. It’s also ideal for use in the shelters at RMK hiking sites. The device can be charged from the mains, with solar panels, or via the built-in hand crank (dynamo function).

The rechargeable LED hurricane lantern can be charged with solar panels (in direct sunlight), from the mains, or with a dynamo, depending on where you are or what options are at hand. However, the preferred charging method should be the 220V mains, as charging with the dynamo and solar panel takes significantly longer. After a full charge, the lantern provides continuous light for 3 – 4 hours.

The lantern is compact, has a sturdy construction, and is a useful helper. Ideal for hiking, use in a tent, forest picnics, or evening walks. Additionally, it’s an indispensable light source during power outages. IPX4 Water Resistance

The device’s water resistance level is rated IPX4. This means that water splashes will not damage or disrupt the device. Weatherproof. Suitable for outdoor activities on rainy or snowy days.

Tips

⚡️ During the day, the lantern should be placed so that it can absorb as much sunlight as possible. This way, you don’t have to use electricity to charge it. When outdoors, make sure that leaves do not cover the solar panel part of the lantern.

⚡️ The rechargeable LED hurricane lantern is fully weatherproof, but strong temperature fluctuations can significantly reduce the battery performance over time. If possible, we recommend using the lantern indoors during the cold season or using it minimally in severe freezing temperatures. To ensure the battery lasts, we recommend not leaving the lantern in cold outdoor conditions overnight.

⚡️ During the summer period, we recommend primarily using the solar panels, as charging is difficult in winter due to low sunlight, and the LED lantern’s battery may not charge properly during the day, resulting in shorter operating times.
