Tactical Foodpack heating bag – warm food even without fire or a stove

If you’re hiking, in an emergency, or simply somewhere without access to fire or boiling water, the Tactical Foodpack heating bag is the perfect solution. It’s a practical and reusable bag that lets you heat Tactical Foodpack meals quickly and safely – all you need is a little water.

How does it work?

At the heart of the heating bag is a reactive heating element that activates on contact with water, raising the water temperature up to 100°C. Just follow these steps:

• Add approx. 150 ml of water to the heating bag

• Place your Tactical Foodpack meal inside

• Close the bag and wait – heating lasts up to 25 minutes

Your food warms up safely and quickly, without fire hazards or extra equipment.

• You only need to replace the heating element, which you can order separately

USER MANUAL:

1. Take the heater pad (heating element) out of the large package.
2. Remove the heater pad from the small plastic bag and place it back at the bottom of the package.
3. Place the Tactical Foodpack meal bag into the heating bag with the bottom against the heater pad.
4. Pour approx. 150ml of water into the package, up to the marked line.
5. Quickly close the grip seal of the package.
6. The heater starts the reaction within 30 seconds to 3 minutes. With colder water, the reaction takes longer.
7. Heat the food for 15–20 minutes; we recommend stirring the food once after 10 minutes.

CAUTION! THE HEATER REACTION GENERATES INTENSE HEAT! DO NOT HOLD YOUR HANDS IN FRONT OF THE STEAM VENT HOLES! WATER THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE HEATER IS NOT POTABLE!

The package is reusable (min. 10x), just replace the heater pad.
