The APEX 1 tent is the latest tent from the GRAND CANYON® brand, designed to accommodate one to two people and their gear. The tent’s aerodynamic shape makes it ultra-stable and strong against the wind. On sandy or rocky terrain, the tent can be used without pegs. There is enough space inside for 1-2 people to sleep and store gear. There is extra space on the side of the tent for wet clothes and outdoor footwear. The breathable mesh inner tent protects against mosquitoes and other annoying insects. It can be pitched independently from the outer part.

Apex 1 Tent

The APEX 1 tent is the latest addition to the GRAND CANYON tent range. Its geodesic dome architecture and aerodynamic shape make the APEX 1 a strong and reliable hiking companion. On rocky or sandy ground, it can be pitched without pegs. The tent offers enough space for one to two people and their hiking gear. The side vestibule is designed for wet clothes and dirty shoes.

Apex 1 Tent – what materials are used?

The tent’s flysheet and construction materials are lightweight. Thin but durable “smart” materials have been used. Thanks to this, the total weight of the tent is minimal, allowing hikers to carry it easily. The flysheet and floor are polyurethane-coated for good water resistance. The seams are taped. This keeps you comfortably warm and dry even in wet weather.

Additional tent features

There is also space under the flysheet that allows you to store your gear protected from the weather and close to you. It’s designed for storing your damp clothes, shoes, and backpack. This keeps the inner sleeping area dry. The head-end pole is larger/higher to allow for more comfortable movement and more space inside the tent.

NB! The guy lines have a reflective design, making them much more visible in the dark. No more tripping over guy lines at night. It also makes it easier to find your tent in the dark.
