Raincoat keeps you dry in any situation

The Mil-Tec poncho is rated as one of the best value-for-money raincoats. The durable PVC material holds up to 1600 mm of rainfall. Additionally, the hood protects your face and head perfectly from raindrops, forming a long tunnel or beak around the face. The poncho is large enough to comfortably cover a person nearly two meters tall.

A raincoat that turns into a tarp?!

The Mil-Tec poncho has snap fasteners on the sides. When opened, the raincoat becomes a durable tarp that can be spread on the ground as a cover, set up as a roof between trees, or used in a tent or under the open sky as an additional base for a sleeping bag. This means you always have a fairly large and durable tarp with you, which, unlike standard tarp materials, is light and compact.

"Water-repellent

Everything fits

The poncho is wide, so a backpack will definitely fit under it, and it also covers items carried in your hands. It also covers your legs while sitting, which is important during hiking breaks and makes watching an outdoor performance or concert pleasant even during a rain shower.

The raincoat comes in a durable bag

The poncho is packed in a polyester mesh transport bag that closes securely with a hook-and-loop fastener and has a loop, making it very easy to hang on a branch, a hook, or attach to your bag or belt.

Dry it carefully!

It is very important to carefully dry any wet or damp items before packing them away again. This rule definitely applies to the raincoat as well. The easiest way while hiking is to hang the poncho between trees to dry after the rain has passed, but if you need to pack it quickly, it will likely end up in the bag wet; in that case, make sure it is dried properly before long-term storage to prevent mold.
