Camelpack hydration bladder – carry water wisely

Just like any other camelpack hydration bladder, the MIL-TEC Water Pack has a long enough drinking tube to allow easy access to the water bladder whether you’re on the move or not. However, what sets this hydration bladder apart is that it comes inside a durable backpack with straps. It can be worn separately or under a hiking backpack. It’s especially convenient to put on when going for a run; at first, there’s a small extra weight on your back, but during a long run, water is always with you and accessible. No more need for breaks to unscrew a cap.

The hydration bladder inside the backpack is removable, making the whole set very easy to clean. Also, thanks to the strong straps on the bag, you can easily attach extra equipment.

With the water bag on your back, you might feel a bit like a camel, as “camelback” translates to a camel’s back or hump, where a camel carries its fat reserves to endure long journeys.

Innovative approach

The MIL-TEC camelpack hydration bladder is made using antibacterial technology, meaning it helps destroy up to 600 different types of bacteria. A safe antibacterial agent has been added to the contents of the bag, which remains even when washed with warm water. Not hazardous to health.

A rose by any other name

It’s worth mentioning that such products have various names in common usage, but the principle remains the same. You’ll find names like camelback, camelpack, camelbak, hydration pack, hydration bladder, water bag, and water pouch. These are all correct and apply to this product as well.

Filling a Camelpack in the wild

The hydration bladder inside the Camelpack has a certain antibacterial effect, but when collecting water from a natural source on a hike, you may encounter various protozoa and stronger bacteria. To be sure of the water’s purity, we recommend also carrying water purification tablets.
