Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

Prices for products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

Product information is provided in the Online Store right next to the product.

Placing an order

To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut.

Visa/Mastercard card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

Inbank or Esto “pay later” options.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock running out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notice is sent.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia

To order goods outside of Estonia, the order must be submitted via email, and delivery costs will be specified separately.

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva parcel machines across Estonia, Itella Smartpost parcel machines across Estonia, Venipak machines, DPD courier, or self-pickup.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery outside Estonia takes place by agreement.

The storage period for an Omniva parcel machine is 4 calendar days.

Itella parcel machines generally hold the package for up to 7 days. Once the goods arrive at the parcel machine, the consumer is obliged to pick them up within 7 days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have a right of withdrawal; in such cases, the relevant products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.

If the Customer has used the goods for purposes other than what was necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. Returned goods must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging; shoe boxes must be wrapped in plastic film, etc.

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the email address tellimus@toidupakk.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the online store was marked significantly below the market price.

Right to file a claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which manifests within two years of delivery to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to tellimus@toidupakk.ee

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The Online Store will respond to a complaint submitted by a consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
