ICONFIT Omega 3-6-9 Capsules

Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids with Vitamin E is a dietary supplement that supports normal heart health, brain function, vision, and overall well-being.

Each capsule contains a blend of Omega 3-6-9 oils (fish oil, flaxseed oil, sunflower seed oil) derived from fatty fish and natural seed oils, containing EPA, ALA, and DHA to support brain and heart function and promote visual acuity. ALA, DHA, and EPA are the most thoroughly researched omega-3 fatty acids, with fish oil being purely sourced from small fish like anchovies.

Omega 3-6-9 capsules are also enriched with Vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs in the body from an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants, where harmful free radicals can damage tissues and promote the onset of disease and aging.

Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in human nutrition and physiology, involving three main omega-3 fatty acids: α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA is found in plants, while DHA and EPA are found in algae and fish. EPA and DHA help maintain normal heart function, with positive effects occurring at 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day. DHA also supports normal brain function and vision, with beneficial effects occurring at a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

Omega-6 belongs to the unsaturated fatty acids, participating in the production of many hormones. These essential fatty acids, which we must get from food, are found in poultry, eggs, nuts, and hulled sesame seeds.

Omega-9 fatty acids are not essential fatty acids, as the human body can produce them from unsaturated fats. Some omega-9 fatty acids are common components in animal fats and vegetable oils. Although we get these fatty acids from food, it is important to maintain a balance of all fatty acids, which is why taking them as a supplement is recommended.

If the body does not get enough fatty acids, several health problems can arise, such as cardiovascular diseases, allergies, joint inflammation, infertility, obesity, diabetes, fatigue, dry skin, depression, anxiety, and memory problems.
