When is the best time to consume SiS GO energy gel with caffeine?

It is recommended to take one gel 30 minutes before a short, intense workout and 1-2 gels after a longer endurance workout.

What effect does caffeine provide?

Caffeine helps increase the body’s endurance, helps you stay alert, and improves concentration.

Can energy gel with caffeine cause gastrointestinal issues?

75 mg of caffeine is about the same as in one cup of coffee or one energy drink. Since people tolerate caffeine differently, we recommend trying the gel during training before a competition to avoid gastrointestinal issues.
